Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to sales@acrlimos.com, or call on our business phone at 888-698-0865.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, date of service scheduled, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. All reservations must be cancelled within 2 weeks of scheduled date or a 20% of the contract total will be charged. Cancellations within 3 days of scheduled run will be charged 50% of contract total. Within 24 hours 75% charged of contract rate.
